How to Help
You can gift the Key Training Center in many ways that will allow your contribution to enhance the quality of life for persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. To maintain excellence in our programs and services, we rely on your support of our Annual fund, fund-raising events, volunteering, endowment fund, and planned giving programs. Whether you choose to make a financial donation or donate your time and talents, you can make a difference!
The Key Center Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) established in 1993 to provide fundraising, community awareness, planned giving, and volunteer support to the Key Training Center.
Many support the Key Training Center annually, making it possible for people to live in a home they can call their own, work in a job they enjoy, volunteer in their community, and meet new friends.
Please feel free to contact the Key Center Foundation at 352-527-8228 or iwkcf@keytrainingcenter.org, if you have any questions or would like to discuss gift or volunteer options. To make a donation now, click here to simply download our donation form and mail your contribution.
Thank you for your support of the Key Training Center.
Annual Fund
The Key Training Center relies on Annual Giving to help fund more than the bare essentials of service, supporting programs that are not covered by government funding, and providing scholarships to nearly 40 individuals who receive no State funding assistance for services. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION
Legacy Giving
Many of our friends have decided to invest in the Key Training Center for the long-term, by creating a legacy that funds the Key Center Foundation’s Endowment Fund and ensures that people with disabilities will always have the opportunity to pursue a life of dignity, productivity and happiness. Most frequently people support our Endowment by making provisions in their estate plans, whether it is through a bequest, life insurance or trusts that pay an income to the donor.
