Key Pine Village is a 13-acre residential complex in a campus-like environment just 200 yards east of the main Key Training Center Campus. This facility was built in 1981 as an intermediate care facility for customers with severe and profound mental retardation. Key Pine Village is home to about 48 persons who live in six eight-bedroom, family style homes. Each resident has a private bedroom.

They receive their medical and dental treatment from professionals, along with their nutritional, behavioral and habilitative services. The residential treatment program at Key Pine Village includes occupational, physical and speech therapies.
