Supported Employment Services:
 The Key Training Center’s Community Based Employment program helps clients find jobs. Successful candidates work productively in the competitive marketplace.
A Key Center job coach, working closely with the business owner or manager, reviews a list of clients to identify the best candidate for the job. The hiring decision is then made by the business owner or manager.
The job coach also develops a step-by-step outline of duties for the client-employee. The job coach conducts the initial one-site orientation until the new employee is adequately trained. Continued follow-along services are provided by the job coach to ensure complete employer satisfaction.
Key Training Center clients have established an excellent reputation as hardworking and dedicated employees in the local business community.
Key Center clients make excellent employees because they are trained in good work habits, enjoy and appreciate entry-level positions, demonstrate job stability and strive for excellent attendance.
Clients gain pride and self-esteem as contributing members of society. Employers benefit because Key Center employees earn their paychecks.
