Friendly Visitors
We all need to be special to someone. We look forward to a visit from our best friend or favorite relative. Be that special person to an individual who has developmental disabilities by calling and visiting on a regular basis.
Along with being patient, kind, compassionate, and caring, these volunteers must have a desire to enjoy life and celebrate living. Volunteers must like to celebrate special days like birthdays and holidays. Friendly visitors enjoy sharing leisure activities with others.
